• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

• Knowledge of AutoCount Accounting Software is an added advantage.

• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Able to work independently.

Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Cum Admin Assistant to support the company's accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be able to handle full set accounts while assisting with general administrative duties.

• Handle full set accounts.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.

• Perform general administrative duties.

• Prepare reports and update records using Microsoft Office and Excel.

• Assist with other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.

• Work independently to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

• 5 working days (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
