Reporting to the Crude Operations Manager, the role will coordinate closely with traders, counterparties, brokers, inspectors, agents, terminals, and shipping teams. Oversee vessel nominations, cargo scheduling, and loading/discharge operations, monitor laytime and demurrage, and handle full trade documentation (Bills of Lading, invoices, Certificates of Quality, and Letters of Credit documentation). Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, proactively manage operational and contractual risks, resolve discrepancies and claims, and work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing
Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in physical trade operations within commodities space, with strong knowledge of incoterms, laytime/demurrage, and trade documentation including Letters of Credit. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cargoes in a fast-paced environment, with strong stakeholder management skills across trading, shipping, and finance teams.

Collect and manage end-user requirements for software and services, identify main features required for drilling performance analysis and reporting, workflow description, usability recommendations; acquire consultation from drilling domain perspectives.

Nominate inspection companies (e.g. independent inspectors) for cargo quality and quantity controls and ensure consistency in the results obtained.
Manage storage locations, including stock reconciliations.
