Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any field, with a strong preference for Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Possess 3-5 years of proven experience in a Sales Executive role, preferably within the industrial gas, energy, or related sectors.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.

  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and forecast sales.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical product benefits to a diverse clientele.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and business development strategies, with a keen eye for market opportunities.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships based on trust and mutual benefit.

  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders and clients.

  • Willingness to travel within Malaysia as required to meet with clients and explore new business opportunities.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and expand the company's customer base within the gas industry.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, and market analysis, focusing on LPG and Natural Gas sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored gas safety solutions.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of COMeT Integrated's offerings.

  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback for product improvement.

  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools, tracking progress, and forecasting sales revenue accurately.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in gas safety technology to maintain a competitive edge.
