Requirements
Minimum Diploma in any field, with a strong preference for Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Possess 3-5 years of proven experience in a Sales Executive role, preferably within the industrial gas, energy, or related sectors.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Proficiency in utilizing CRM software to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and forecast sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical product benefits to a diverse clientele.
Strong understanding of sales principles and business development strategies, with a keen eye for market opportunities.
Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships based on trust and mutual benefit.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders and clients.
Willingness to travel within Malaysia as required to meet with clients and explore new business opportunities.
Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales and business development.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and expand the company's customer base within the gas industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, and market analysis, focusing on LPG and Natural Gas sectors.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored gas safety solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of COMeT Integrated's offerings.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback for product improvement.
Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools, tracking progress, and forecasting sales revenue accurately.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in gas safety technology to maintain a competitive edge.
