Job Description

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration (HR major), or a closely related field.

  • Experience: Proven experience navigating mainstream hiring platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobStreet) and managing structured recruitment workflows.

  • Core Skills:

    • Impeccable Attention to Detail: Essential for error-free contract management, payroll data verification, and compliance tracking.

    • Applied Workplace Psychology: A strong grasp of human psychology to navigate conflict resolution, assess candidate soft skills, and understand employee motivation dynamics.

    • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills to connect authentically with staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive HR strategies to source, attract, and identify highly qualified candidates.

  • Optimize the use of modern hiring platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and professional networks to build a robust talent pipeline.

  • Conduct initial screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate alignment with company culture and role technicalities.

2. Contract & Compliance Management

  • Draft, issue, and manage employee contracts, offer letters, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

  • Ensure absolute confidentiality and security regarding all personal data, salary structures, and sensitive corporate information.

  • Maintain meticulous digital and physical employee records in compliance with local labor laws.

3. Employee Well-being & Performance Monitoring

  • Actively monitor and support employee well-being, serving as a trusted point of contact for workplace concerns or grievances.

  • Facilitate performance appraisal cycles, helping managers track KPIs and implement constructive feedback loops.

  • Design and execute initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace morale.

4. General HR Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including onboarding schedules, offboarding processes, and leave tracking.

  • Coordinate internal communications regarding HR policies, company updates, and team-building events.
