Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate inbound tour operations, ensuring seamless execution of travel itineraries.
Liaise with international clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, including hotels, transportation providers, and activity operators.
Handle booking, reservations, and confirmations for tours, accommodations, and related services.
Prepare pre-departure information and documentation for clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues or client concerns that may arise during tours.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of tour products and operational processes.
