Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
Previous experience in hotel front office or customer service is an advantage
Good communication skills.
Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge (hotel system experience is an added advantage)
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance
Honest, responsible, and punctual
Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Manage room reservations, bookings, and cancellations
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly
Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
Process payments, billing, and maintain accurate records
Ensure front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
