Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations
Assist with rider/driver onboarding and registration
Verify and process rider/driver profiles and supporting documents
Create, update, and maintain accurate records
Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy
Track registration, activation, and delivery status
Update spreadsheets and administrative records
Customer Support
Assist walk-in and invited riders/drivers at the front counter
Answer enquiries related to registration and onboarding
Follow up with riders/drivers to complete account activation
Provide support throughout the onboarding process
Inventory & Warehouse Support
Pick and pack delivery equipment orders
Manage inventory, stock counting, and stock checks
Record inventory movements and update stock records
Carry and move inventory when required
