Experience in social media management or digital marketing
Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Xiaohongshu (XHS)
Creative with strong content creation and ideation skills
Able to follow trends and adapt quickly
Experience in lead generation campaigns is an advantage
Good communication and coordination skills

Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms
Plan, create, and manage content aligned with branding goals
Monitor trends and industry updates
Analyze campaign performance and optimize results
Drive lead generation through content and campaigns
Work closely with internal teams (design, marketing, operations)
