Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, International Business, or related fields.
Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B business development, sales, or e-commerce industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of B2B cross-border e-commerce platforms or digital business trends is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Introduce the company’s services to potential e-commerce sellers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base through search engine, social media and networking.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, seller needs, and new business opportunities.
Follow up on leads, negotiate business opportunities, and assist in closing deals.
Manage sales performance metrics, pipeline tracking and prepare regular reports for management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to support long-term business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams including operations, marketing, and logistics to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly KPIs set by the management.
Participate in online meetings, exhibitions, or business networking events when required.
Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices.
