ZLG Hiring! Full Time Part 2 Architect in WP Kuala Lumpur, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

Must possess a Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent, recognized as LAM Part 2 by the Board of Architects Malaysia.

High proficiency in Revit (BIM) is highly preferred. Mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

Familiarity with Malaysian building codes (UBBL, Bomba, and Strata requirements).

Proactive, detail-oriented

Prepare and coordinate submission drawings for Building Plan (BP), Planning Permission (Kebenaran Merancang - KM), and BOMBA requirements.

Produce detailed construction drawings and architectural specifications in compliance with UBBL (Uniform Building By-Laws).

Liaise with C&S and M&E consultants to ensure seamless design integration and resolve site technicalities.

Take ownership of design stages from concept to Schematic Design and Design Development (DD).

Attend site meetings and assist the Project Architect in contract administration, moving towards the eventual target of CCC (Certificate of Completion and Compliance).
