- Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related discipline.

- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

- Experience in Construction, Interior Fit-Out, Property Development or related industries will be an added advantage.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.

- Business-minded with strong commercial awareness and the ability to collaborate across departments.

- Experience in digital marketing, website management and social media strategy.

- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

As the Group continues to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and business-minded Corporate Affairs Manager to strengthen our corporate branding, stakeholder engagement and strategic communications across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement corporate branding, corporate communications and marketing communication (MarComm) strategies to strengthen the Group's corporate image and reputation.

- Lead the development and management of corporate branding materials, company profiles, website, social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, industry partners, government agencies, media and other key stakeholders.

- Support business development initiatives through corporate presentations, project portfolios, proposal materials and marketing campaigns.

- Lead and coordinate corporate events, exhibitions, CSR programmes, employer branding initiatives and other strategic corporate projects.

- Partner closely with Management and cross-functional departments to support business growth and corporate objectives.

- Manage the Corporate Affairs team, establish KPIs, coach team members and drive continuous improvement.

- Develop, implement, review and continuously improve Corporate Affairs policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows and governance frameworks to enhance operational efficiency, consistency and service quality across the Group.

- Ensure corporate communication materials, branding standards and marketing activities are aligned with the Group's corporate image and governance requirements.
