Job Requirements

• SPM, STPM, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.

• Sales experience in renovation, interior design, property, banking, or customer service is an added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

• Goal-oriented with strong desire to achieve sales targets.

• Responsible, professional, and customer-focused.

• Possess own transport is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet and consult with homeowners to understand their renovation requirements and lifestyle needs.

• Recommend suitable interior design and renovation solutions based on clients' preferences and budget.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and related sales documentation.

• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate closely with designers and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Guide clients throughout the renovation process and provide excellent customer service.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

• Attend company training, meetings, and sales activities as required.

• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and other sales channels.
