Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.

Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and general office applications.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel as required

Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of interior design and build projects.

Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Prepare project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.

Conduct site visits to oversee construction and ensure adherence to design specifications.

Manage project resources, including materials and labor, and track expenses.

Liaise with local authorities and relevant agencies to obtain necessary approvals and permits.

Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including providing translation support where required

Maintain proper documentation, including ISO-related documents, drawings, specifications, site and safety reports, and handover records

Ensure all responsibilities and project activities are carried out in compliance with ISO standards, company protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
