Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in interior design, renovation, furniture, home living, or related industries.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM / SFM software is a plus.

  • Willingness to work on weekends or public holidays according to showroom operating hours, if required.

    Work-Week:

    • Six (6) working days

    Work Locations:

    • Kota Kemuning, Kajang, Semenyih, Putrajaya

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through walk-in customers, referrals, online inquiries, and networking.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable interior design, renovation, furniture, and home living solutions.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements, and follow up with customers to close sales.

  • Conduct product presentations and showroom consultations to showcase the company's products and services.

  • Coordinate with the design, project, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

  • Monitor project progress and provide customers with regular updates.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support professionally.

  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and reports in the company's SFM system.

  • Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new products to provide effective recommendations to customers.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales procedures.
