Eco Interiors International Hiring! Full Time M&E Site Supervisor in Selangor - Ricebowl

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in M&E, construction, or building maintenance environment;

Knowledge in electrical systems, HVAC systems, wiring, and troubleshooting works;

Able to read and interpret technical drawings and M&E schematics;

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;

Good leadership and site coordination abilities;

Possess own transport and willing to travel/outstation when required;

Able to work independently with minimum supervision;

Good communication and teamwork skills

Supervise daily M&E site activities including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and lighting works;

Monitor installation, maintenance, repair, testing, and troubleshooting of M&E systems;

Attend to electrical faults, power failures, equipment breakdowns, and emergency repair works;

Carry out wiring, testing, installation, and connection works when required;

Supervise site workers, subcontractors, and technicians to ensure work quality and progress;

Coordinate with project teams, consultants, suppliers, and clients for smooth project execution;

Attend site inspections, meetings, and project discussions when necessary;

Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed within schedule and quality standards;

Assist in sourcing and coordinating M&E materials, tools, and equipment;

Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition;

Conduct preventive maintenance and regular inspections to minimize downtime;

Oversee installation and maintenance of air-conditioning and ventilation systems;

Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies;

Prepare site reports, maintenance records, and project updates;

Be willing to travel or work at outstation project sites when required;

Perform any other duties assigned by management.
