Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, Logistics, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sales support, or project coordination.
Experience with China suppliers and import/export coordination is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
Source and coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers from China and local markets.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor supplier performance.
Coordinate inventory, logistics, and delivery schedules for projects.
Verify invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), and Payment Requisition Forms (PRF).
Maintain procurement, inventory, and supplier records.
Prepare operational and purchasing reports for Management.
Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, designers, consultants, and clients.
Support process improvements and other duties assigned by Management.
