• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

• Minimum 3–5 years working experience in Accounting / Finance field

• Experience in financial analysis and management reporting is preferred

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, and reporting functions)

• Familiar with SQL Accounting / AutoCount / UBS or equivalent systems

• Experience in SME environment and transport/logistics industry will be an added advantage

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Financial analysis and management reporting exposure

• Budgeting and forecasting experience

• Multi-company performance review experience

• Business performance analysis experience

• Prepare monthly financial reports including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and management reports.

• Analyze operational and financial data to support management decision-making.

• Identify cost trends, financial risks, and areas for cost optimization to improve company performance.

• Prepare financial analysis to assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.

• Provide insights and recommendations on company expenses, operational costs, and profitability improvement.

• Support management in evaluating business performance and future growth opportunities.

• Review and analyze financial performance across multiple companies under the group where required.

• Prepare management reporting and performance analysis for business review purposes.

• Assist management in monitoring business performance indicators and financial targets.

• Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks.
