• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:

  • Accounting

  • Finance

  • Business Administration (Accounting)

  • Or related disciplines

• Internship period of at least 4 months.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

• Knowledge of accounting software (AutoCount, SQL, QuickBooks, or similar) is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Responsible, trustworthy, and willing to learn.

• Good communication skills in English. Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia are an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and recording daily accounting transactions.

• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and reimbursement claims.

• Perform data entry into the accounting system accurately.

• Assist with bank reconciliation and petty cash management.

• Organise and maintain accounting documents and filing systems.

• Support month-end closing activities.

• Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets.

• Assist in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

• Help monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers when required.

• Assist with SST, audit, and tax documentation preparation.

• Provide administrative support to the Finance Department.
