This is a role for someone who loves accuracy, structure, and quiet contribution.
You’ll be responsible for daily bookkeeping, account closings, payment follow-ups and assisting with HR/admin tasks. We are a female-led team that values trust, loyalty and steady support—if you love being the stable hand behind a well-run business, you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities
• Manage full sets of accounts (AR/AP, reconciliations, month-end closings)
• Follow up with clients on payments and update records
• Use Autocount system to track and report financials
• Handle basic HR admin: leave records, onboarding documents, EPF/SOCSO etc
• Coordinate with company secretary, auditors or tax agents when needed
