• Minimum SPM or equivalent

• Experience in manufacturing or supervisory role is an advantage

• Leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate workers

• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and computer operations

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and/or Mandarin

• Good problem-solving and coordination skills

• Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently

Production Operations

• Lead and oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow

• Monitor production schedules and ensure production targets are achieved

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the production floor

• Monitor product quality and reduce rework or rejection rates

• Prepare production reports and update management on production performance
  

Team Management

• Supervise, train and guide production operators and workers

• Plan manpower allocation and optimize workflow efficiency

• Ensure discipline, attendance and proper work performance among team members

• Build a positive and productive working environment
  

Inventory, Shipping & Order Coordination

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods for production and delivery

• Arrange shipment and delivery schedules upon completion of goods

• Handle and monitor online platform orders and fulfillment process

• Coordinate with sales team regarding ready-made orders and production arrangements

• Assist in sourcing and ordering materials, fabrics or apparel related to own production department

• Monitor stock usage and ensure sufficient materials for production
