High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site supervision or a similar role.

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction retail & commercial industry.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Relevant certifications in construction management, health and safety, or related fields (e.g., CIDB) preferred.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors based on project requirements and skill levels.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and protocols.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, progress, and safety compliance.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor usage.

Report any delays, issues, or concerns to senior management promptly.

Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and equipment on-site.

Assist with the coordination of deliveries and the scheduling of inspections and permits.

Ensure the site is left clean and ready for handover upon project completion.
