Wine Knowledge:MinimumWSET Level 2 certification (Level 3 preferred). You must be able to speak confidently about wine regions, grape varieties, and production methods.

Experience:At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, ideally within theF&B, luxury goods, or hospitality sectors.

Digital Fluency: Proven experience managing social media (Instagram/FB/TikTok) and executing basic digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement.

Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Ability to present and "pitch" wines to Sommeliers, F&B Directors, and VIP clients.

Network: An existing network within the Klang Valley F&B scene or private collector circles is a massive advantage.

Flexibility: Willingness to work evening events, wine tastings, and occasional weekends (it’s the nature of the wine world!).

Portfolio Growth: Identify and onboard new B2B accounts (fine dining, hotels, bars) and manage existing client relationships.

Private Client Sales: Curate selections for private collectors and handle high-value retail inquiries.

Brand Storytelling: Create engaging content for DC Selections’ digital platforms, focusing on the stories of our growers and the uniqueness of our portfolio.

Event Management: Plan and execute wine tastings, masterclasses, and "pop-up" events at D’s Wine Bar or partner venues.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on wine trends in Malaysia to ensure our pricing and selection remain competitive.
