Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- MUST have experience leading people or managing a team
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory, team leader, or management experience is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
- Good coordination and follow-up ability• Positive attitude and willing to learn and grow
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office / Excel / Google Workspace)
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Mandarin speaking is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Learn and understand overall company operations and management systems
- Assist management team in daily operational planning and coordination
- Lead and monitor team performance to ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate between departments and support daily operational activities
- Handle staff supervision, task delegation, and basic team management
- Support management in improving work efficiency and operational processes
- Prepare reports, follow up on project progress, and solve operational issues
- Participate in leadership training and management development programs
- Assist management in achieving company targets and business goals
- Handle ad-hoc operational and management tasks assigned by superior
