Requirements
Proficient in speaking and writing in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
SPM leavers or fresh graduates are welcomed, experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Basic operation in WhatsApp, Facebook, calls, and computer etc
Responsible and detail-oriented
Working Hours: Monday - Saturday, 10AM - 7PM
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries across platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, calls etc)
Liaise the communication between customers and internal teams
Manage appointments and maintain accurate records
Provide customer care and after sales support
Support other daily office operations as needed
