KEY REQUIREMENTS
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1–3 years’ experience in CRM / Customer Service / Sales
Strong communication skills (Bahasa Melayu & English)
Familiar with CRM tools (WhatsApp CRM tools)

Responsibilities
1. Customer Data Management
Maintain and update customer database in CRM system
Ensure accuracy and proper segmentation of customer data
Track customer behavior, purchase history, and engagement
2. CRM Campaign Execution
Plan and execute CRM campaigns (WhatsApp, Email, SMS)
Develop promotional messages, follow-ups, and retention campaigns
Coordinate with marketing team for campaign alignment
3. Customer Engagement & Retention
Build strong relationships with customers
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
Implement strategies to increase repeat purchases and loyalty
4. Sales Support
Assist in lead generation and conversion activities
Follow up with potential customers to close sales
Support promotional campaigns and product launches
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor CRM performance (conversion rate, response rate, retention rate)
Prepare daily and weekly CRM reports
Analyse data to improve campaign effectiveness
6. Coordination & Improvement
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams
Suggest improvements for customer journey and experience
Stay updated on CRM tools and trends
