Job Description

Requirements

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 1–3 years’ experience in CRM / Customer Service / Sales

  • Strong communication skills (Bahasa Melayu & English)

  • Familiar with CRM tools (WhatsApp CRM tools)

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

1.      Customer Data Management

  •  Maintain and update customer database in CRM system

  • Ensure accuracy and proper segmentation of customer data

  • Track customer behavior, purchase history, and engagement

 

2.      CRM Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns (WhatsApp, Email, SMS)

  • Develop promotional messages, follow-ups, and retention campaigns

  • Coordinate with marketing team for campaign alignment

 

3.      Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Build strong relationships with customers

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback

  • Implement strategies to increase repeat purchases and loyalty

 

4.      Sales Support

  • Assist in lead generation and conversion activities

  • Follow up with potential customers to close sales

  • Support promotional campaigns and product launches

 

5.      Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor CRM performance (conversion rate, response rate, retention rate)

  • Prepare daily and weekly CRM reports

  • Analyse data to improve campaign effectiveness

 

6.      Coordination & Improvement

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams

  • Suggest improvements for customer journey and experience

  • Stay updated on CRM tools and trends
