Job Description

Requirements

  • Meta Ads Management: Plan, set up, and optimize paid campaigns (FB/IG) with a focus on conversion and ROAS.

  • CRM Database Management: Maintain and organize the customer database (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Mailchimp) to ensure data is clean and segmented.

  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly/monthly reports linking ad spend to actual sales and customer lifetime value (LTV).

  • Retention Marketing: Execute CRM strategies like email marketing or WhatsApp broadcasts to re-engage past customers.

  • Customer Feedback Management (CFM): Manage the feedback system, replying to comments and reviews to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Lead Management: Ensure leads from Meta Ads are properly synced into the CRM system for the sales team to follow up.

  • Tracking & Integration: Manage Meta Pixels and CRM integrations to track the full customer journey from "Click to Sale."

  • A plus if have SEO Knowledge

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Meta Ads Management: Plan, set up, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive sales and lead generation.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor daily ad spend and performance, performing A/B testing on creatives and audiences to improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly and monthly reports analyzing sales data, conversion rates, and marketing ROI to provide actionable insights.

  • SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize website content/product descriptions to improve organic search rankings on Google.

  • Customer Feedback Management (CFM): Monitor and manage the feedback system, ensuring timely and professional replies to customer comments and reviews across Meta platforms and Google.

  • Reputation Management: Identify customer pain points from feedback and coordinate with the team to improve the overall customer journey.

  • Tracking & Integration: Ensure pixels, API conversions, and tracking tags are firing correctly to maintain data accuracy in reports.
