The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for leading the successful execution of CEMS and industrial instrumentation projects while serving as the primary technical leader within the Projects Department.
This role is expected to operate with an Assistant Manager mindset by taking ownership of technical challenges, leading project execution, mentoring engineers and technicians, and ensuring project objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and profitably.
The Senior Project Engineer shall be the first point of technical escalation for the engineering team. He is expected to investigate, analyse, coordinate resources, and proposesolutions before escalating unresolved matters to the Technical Manager.

Capable of reviewing engineering deliverables, technical documents, and drawings, monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and preparing status reports.
Experienced in supporting procurement activities, vendor coordination, and material follow-up, as well as identifying and resolving technical and operational issues throughout the project lifecycle. Knowledge of company standards, HSE requirements, and industry regulations, with the ability to coordinate site activities, support construction and installation works, maintain accurate project documentation, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and ensure timely follow-up of action items.
