• Minimum SPM, SKM, Certificate, or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field.

• Willing to travel and work at customer sites across Penang, Kedah, Perlis, and Northern Perak

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in equipment maintenance, field service, or troubleshooting is an added advantage.

• Possess a valid Malaysian Driving License (Class D).

• Willing to travel within the Northern Region and work at customer sites.

• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.

• Possess own transport.

• Required to undergo 3 months of training in Klang Valley during the probation period.

• Provide maintenance support of office equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance according to service schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at customer premises.
• Prepare and submit service reports after each assignment.
• Provide professional technical support and maintain good customer relationships.
• Ensure all work complies with company procedures and safety standards.
