Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Polymer Engineering or related field.

2–5 years of experience in injection moulding operations (preferably in plastics manufacturing).

Hands-on experience with injection moulding machines.

Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

Familiar with quality control tools and measurement instruments.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and process sheets.

Set up, operate, and monitor injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.

Perform mould changeovers efficiently with minimal downtime.

Adjust machine parameters to maintain optimal production quality and output.

Conduct preventive maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of moulds and machines.

Troubleshoot process, mechanical, and tooling issues to minimize defects and scrap.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols, ISO standards, and 5S practices.

Collaborate with the Quality Control team to resolve product non-conformities.

Support continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, quality, and cost reduction.

Record production data, process adjustments, and machine performance in daily reports.
