Degree or Master’s in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or related disciplines such as Automotive Control or Information Engineering).Proven skills in hardware design, test program development, test software programming and analog test.Experience with Advantest Smartest 7 and Teradyne J750 testers is an added advantage.Experience with tester/bench/measurement and debugging; able to independently debug hardware and software issues.Strong interpersonal skills; team player willing to work with cross functional teams for issue resolution.Strong leadership and team building skills; able to drive improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.Good decision-making and problem-solving skills; able to take initiative and thrive in a team environment.
• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent technical qualification.
• Previous experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

and work instructions.
• Attention to detail to identify product defects and maintain high-quality standards.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods while working in a cleanroom environment.
• Comfortable in wearing full PPE - cleanroom garments
