Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong interest in Employment Law, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, and Human Resource Administration. Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Law will be an added advantage. Excellent communication, drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Relations and Employee Relations, preferably within the retail, FMCG, or multi-site operations environment.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment and industrial relations laws.
