• Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM) in electrical or electronic field (Network/Computer); OR 

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)  or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government AND Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) level 2/3 or equivalent qualification. 

• Be able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Melayu. 

• Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill.

• Mature, proactive and dynamic individual with ability to adapt to changes and must be able to work under pressure.

• Creative, versatile, meticulous and have an eye for details.

• Open minded, positive attitude and self-motivated.

• At least have basic knowledge and skills in Network, PC, and Laptop troubleshooting and maintenance.

• Familiar and experience with Windows 7, 8 and 10 based operating system.

• Experience in networking troubleshooting is an advantage

• A team player who is able to work independently in a fast paced environment.

• Possess valid driving license/own transport and willing to travel at any time when required.

• Willing to work extra hours especially at night and weekend.

1. Hardware Diagnosis & Maintenance

• Computer Assembly & Repair: Ability to assemble, disassemble, and upgrade desktop PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices.

• Component Replacement: Diagnostic and replacement proficiency for critical parts such as RAM, storage drives (SSD/HDD), power supply units (PSU), and motherboards.

• Peripheral Management: Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting workplace peripherals including printers, scanners, projectors, and smart boards.

2. Operating Systems & Software Administration

• OS Deployment & Configuration:Core proficiency in installing, updating, and managingWindows (7, 10, 11) environments, with basic familiarity with Linux or macOS.

• Software Troubleshooting: Installing and configuring productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, internal database applications) and repairing corrupted software paths or drivers.

• Endpoint Security: Basic implementation of cybersecurity hygiene, including virus/malware removal, firewall configuration, and applying security patches.

3. Networking Fundamentals

• Local Area Network (LAN) Support: Setting up and troubleshooting physical network infrastructure, including crimping cables (RJ45), patching panels, and tracing connection faults.

• IP & Connectivity Management: Understanding basic networking concepts such as IP addressing, Subnetting, DHCP, DNS, and Wi-Fi access point configuration.
