• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Building Design, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in BIM modelling and coordination within the AEC, infrastructure, or construction industry.

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

• Strong understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary project delivery.

• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM Collaborate Pro, or Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms is an added advantage.

• Able to interpret Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings and technical specifications.

• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Self-driven, collaborative, and passionate about BIM, digital engineering, and construction technology.

The Senior BIM Coordinator is responsible for leading BIM execution, multidisciplinary model coordination, and digital project delivery across building and infrastructure projects. This role ensures effective implementation of BIM standards, project workflows, and coordination processes in accordance with project requirements and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to drive BIM adoption, improve project collaboration, and deliver high-quality BIM outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead BIM Coordination & Digital Delivery. Manage BIM coordination activities across Architectural, Structural, Civil, and MEP disciplines throughout project lifecycles.

• Lead model federation, clash detection, model reviews, and coordination workflows to ensure project requirements and BIM standards are achieved.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to drive efficient project collaboration and issue resolution.

• Manage BIM deliverables, project documentation, and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.

• Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows. multidisciplinary BIM coordination for construction or Infrastructure projects.

• Drive BIM Excellence & Team Development. Develop and maintain BIM standards, workflows, templates, and best practices across projects.

• Conduct quality reviews and ensure BIM deliverables comply with project requirements and industry standards.

• Mentor and support BIM Modelers and junior team members through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
