Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Good communication and coordination skills
Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
Able to work independently and as part of a team
No experience required; training will be provided
岗位职责
Assist with daily logistics administrative tasks and documentation
Prepare and organize delivery orders, invoices, and other related documents
Update delivery and shipment status in the system
Assist in coordinating delivery arrangements with drivers, warehouse teams, suppliers, and customers
Perform data entry, filing, and record keeping
Follow up on delivery schedules and update the team on any changes
Assist in preparing simple logistics reports
Support the team with other administrative tasks when required
