Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant working experience in administrative or office support roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google and familiar with email and document management systems.
Knowledge and experience in E-Invoice will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
岗位职责
Manage daily office administration including ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized office environment.
Handle and manage mail and courier arrangements, and maintain smooth communication between departments.
Maintain and organize company documents, agreements, invoices, supplier agreements, licenses, and reports (both hardcopy and digital).
Prepare and escalate reports, letters, and meeting minutes accurately and promptly.
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, company events, and travel arrangements for management or staff.
Assist in HR tasks such as maintaining staff records, processing leave applications, tracking attendance, preparing onboarding materials and conduct onboarding process for new hires.
Coordinate staff welfare activities such as company events and festive celebrations.
Source, compare, and purchase office and outlet supplies (stationery, IT items, pantry needs) and liaise with suppliers or service vendors.
Support finance functions by processing and maintaining invoices, handling petty cash, and keeping track of office and outlet expenses.
Liaise with auditor, assist and support in internal and external audit.
Liaise with IT or service providers to ensure office systems and equipment (computers, printers, network) are in working order.
Ensure compliance with company policies, license renewals, and government regulatory requirements.
Assist on inventory and provide POS related matters support.
Provide administrative support to management and assist with ad hoc assignments or projects when required.
