SPM or equivalent.

Competency Certificate: Chargeman BO (issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga).

Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience.

Oversee daily operations of bioscrubber and gas engine, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.

Operate gas engine at optimum level to meet SEDA electricity quota.

Monitor engine performance (kWh, load, grid injection, etc.) and keep within set limits.

Stop operations during emergencies and report to management/HQ.

Prepare weekly and monthly operation reports.

Ensure equipment is well maintained; carry out preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.

Plan and manage maintenance budgets and schedules.

Support QOHSE implementation and compliance audits (DOE, DOSH, etc.).

Maintain plant cleanliness and safety standards.

Train and assess operators to improve competency.

Ensure compliance with EMS 14001 and HSE practices.
