岗位职责
To perform day to day general administrative tasks (Order & Logistic Division).
Process sales orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation accurately and efficiently.
Attend and response to clients WhatsApp, Emails, Calls.
Handle clients’ inquiries and provide assistance.
Monitor documents despatch and received.
Recording documents flow and filing.
Coordinate with other divisions to ensure smooth operations.
To perform any ad-hoc or related duties as and when required.
