At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.

Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Good communication and leadership skills with every level of the organisation.

Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and mechanical systems.

Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical faults (lighting, switches, sockets, etc.).

Repair plumbing issues such as leaking pipes, clogged drains, and faulty fittings.

Conduct basic carpentry, painting, and minor renovation works when required

Ensure all repair and maintenance work complies with safety standards and mall policies.

Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues.

Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and reports.
