Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or related field.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing strategies is a must.
Experience in lead generation, conversion campaigns, retargeting, and funnel marketing.
Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and AI marketing tools.
Understanding of SEO, SEM, website optimization, and digital advertising performance metrics.
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or video editing tools is an added advantage.
Analytical, creative, and results-driven mindset.
Good communication and copywriting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
Develop strategies to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and improve conversion rates.
Manage and monitor paid advertising budgets, campaign performance, and ROI.
Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and online visibility.
Create and optimize landing pages, website content, and funnels for marketing campaigns.
Analyze campaign data, website traffic, and customer behaviors using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
Plan and execute content marketing strategies for social media, websites, and digital platforms.
Manage incoming leads and inquiries from digital marketing campaigns through WhatsApp, social media, and other online platforms.
Perform first-level communication with potential clients by providing basic information, understanding their needs, building good rapport, and guiding them towards appointment booking or consultation sessions.
Follow up with leads and coordinate with the operation team to ensure smooth client handover and appointment arrangements.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, AI tools, and advertising best practices.
Collaborate with the design and content team for ad creatives, video content, and campaign materials.
Prepare monthly marketing reports and provide recommendations for campaign improvements.
Support branding, promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing activities when required.
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
