任职资格

Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property development or a related field.
Demonstrated success in supporting marketing and branding initiatives.
Experience in managing quotations, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Ability to oversee the maintenance of sales galleries and handle on-site event logistics.
Ability to work independently and contribute to the growth of projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Flexibility to work remotely or while on the move, as required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and persuasive ideas.

岗位职责

Implement digital marketing strategies across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Stay informed about emerging digital trends and media channels to ensure up-to-date marketing practices.
Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
Analyze data to support informed decision-making and provide recommendations to senior management.
Assist in preparing and submitting entries for relevant industry awards to increase company visibility and recognition.
Assist in the development and execution of branding and awareness campaigns to strengthen the company's image.
Support strategies that help build a recognizable and consistent brand identity.
Assist in the planning and execution of advertising and promotional campaigns for various property developments.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and successful campaign delivery.
Manage the process of obtaining quotations from vendors for marketing-related activities.
Handle invoicing and follow up on payments to ensure timely completion of financial transactions.
Oversee the upkeep and presentation of the sales gallery to ensure it reflects the company’s branding and standards.
Assist with planning and coordinating on-site marketing events and activities to promote developments.
Ensure all logistics and event details are handled efficiently and effectively.
