Ensure proper rotation, coverage, and punctuality.

Track host attendance and readiness via digital tools.

Report punctuality and shift compliance to management.

Coordinate host assignments to match e‑commerce campaigns.

Ensure staffing supports product launches and peak periods.

Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and arrange replacements.

Maintain contingency plans to avoid broadcast disruption.

Maintain clear records of schedules, shift changes, and host performance.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
