任职资格

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, Accounting, or related field.

  • Basic finance/accounting knowledge is preferred.

  • Experience in the solar industry will be an added advantage.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Responsible, organized, and able to multitask.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

岗位职责

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer support.

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and administrative documents.

  • Maintain proper customer records and filing systems.

  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and project coordination.

  • Support basic accounting and finance documentation tasks.

  • Monitor office supplies and general administrative matters.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
