岗位职责
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer support.
Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and administrative documents.
Maintain proper customer records and filing systems.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and project coordination.
Support basic accounting and finance documentation tasks.
Monitor office supplies and general administrative matters.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
