任职资格
Diploma / Certificate in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in billing, accounts, or administrative support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and familiar with accounting software. (SQL)
Knowledge of SST (Service Tax) will be an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
Able to communicate effectively and work independently in a professional environment.
岗位职责
Prepare, issue, and manage invoices & receipts with accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain systematic billing and collection records in accordance with company procedures.
Liaise with clients professionally on billing and payment matters, ensuring effective communication and prompt follow-up.
Assist in basic accounting entries and documentation to support financial reporting.
Coordinate closely with the accounts department to ensure all billing and receipt information is up to date and accurate.
Perform other administrative and finance-related tasks assigned by management with confidentiality and diligence.
