1–2 years' experience in marketing, events, or content creation

Good at project management & juggling multiple tasks

Proficient with social media platforms (IG, TikTok, Facebook)

Skilled in basic editing tools like Canva, Cap Cut or Adobe Suite

Eye for detail, aesthetic, and storytelling

Self-driven, organized, and loves working in a team

Passionate about beauty & lifestyle brands

Develop and manage our monthly brand & content calendar

Plan and execute events (product launches, influencer collabs)

Manage vendor, agency & logistics coordination for events

Lead creative campaign brainstorming — from tactical promos to branding

Oversee POSM and in-store branding materials

Create simple video content (TikTok, tutorials, BTS)

Write engaging captions, taglines & product descriptions

Keep tabs on market & competitor trends to keep ideas fresh

Present post-campaign reports with data-driven insights

Creating content guidelines for affiliates to follow.

Responsible for working with affiliates, approving samples, and keeping track of their content creation.

Consistent posting of daily content, particularly on TikTok and Instagram.
