Review and study technical specifications and engineering requirements for required products in the inquiry from customers

Proceed the order entry and make technical instructions for manufacturing companies in the Group

Coordinate the technical documents (drawing, certificate, procedure, etc.) and submit to customers until documentation are approved and completed

Handling customer’s queries, reply to technical questions.

Visit customers for technical clarification and commercial negotiation.

Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.

Maintaining client relations.

Implementing new sales plans and advertising.

Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.

Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.

QUALIFICATION

-Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Multimedia / Mass Communication / Business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Involved in the entire planning process & marketing strategy of the company

-Assists in the marketing of content marketing for marketing and advertising purposes

-Conduct analysis & research on competitors or the latest industry trends.

-Always update existing databases into the system.

-Supports team marketing in daily tasks. Such as copywriting, shooting, video editing, poster design, website optimization & online advertising.

REQUIREMENTS

-Candidate to possess at Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Multimedia / Mass Communication / Business.

-Obtain instructions and can do the job well

-Can learn all areas with respect to marketing and management

-Has an attractive personality

-Able to multi-tasks and prioritise duties.

-Must have your own laptop

-Positive attitude with good communication and excellent problem-solving skills

-Has good interpersonal skills, disciplined, independent and able to communicate well with the team.

-Have excellent problem-solving skills and ability to execute through on the task given by a superior.
