Reach and increase dotcom online customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent quality of the picked products and ensuring that the customer receives the order on time.
Deliver the picked product in good condition
Picking process is carried out according to the rules and routines to support the drivers and customer service as well
Pick the ordered products accurate quantitative and qualitative, and storage at the dotcom area
Knowing and following HACCP rules. Pick by the HACCP rules during shopping: expiry date, packaging and cold chain.

Report to the Chief Marketing Officer in achieving annual personal and team sales targets
Work with the sales team to capture sales opportunities, and to work effectively across functions such as pre-sales, sales consultancy, marketing, business development towards successful closure of deals
Drive pipeline generation through prospecting, responding to enquiries, developing presentations to customers and working closely with Chief Marketing Officer
Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers and ensure their needs are met
Strategise for the sales team periodically and problem solve creatively in matters pertaining to sales
Manage sales through forecasting, account strategy, account planning, and updating RM
Follow cadences set up by Chief Marketing Officer to ensure timely status updates
