Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in in-house marketing, promotions, or event coordination

Experience in marketing package development, promotional planning, or campaign coordination

Exposure to working closely with sales or commercial teams is an advantage

Good understanding of basic marketing concepts, promotions, and go-to-market activities.

Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables

Strong communication and organizational skills

Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently

Develop and coordinate marketing packages and promotional offerings with internal teams

Support promotional planning and execution to align with sales initiatives

Work closely with the sales team to ensure packages and promotions are commercially aligned

Plan and coordinate events such as conferences, workshops, talks, or industry sessions

Handle event coordination including timelines, logistics, vendors, and basic budget tracking

Prepare marketing materials, decks, and supporting content for promotions and events

Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives

Track outcomes of promotions and events and prepare internal summaries or reports
