任职资格
- 1–2 years experience in administration or office support is an advantage.
- Experience handling documents, reports, and office coordination preferred.
- The candidate should have basic skills in:Office Software
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook / Email handling
- Basic document formatting and data entry
- Document filing and record keeping
- Data entry and report preparation
- Handling office correspondence
- Preparing quotations, invoices, or internal documents (if required)
- Good written and verbal communication
- Able to coordinate with internal departments and external parties
- Responsible and well organized
- Good attention to detail
- Able to multitask and prioritize work
- Positive working attitude
- Able to work independently and in a team
岗位职责
- Handle daily administrative tasks and office documentation
- Maintain proper filing and records management
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and letters
- Support sales, operations, or management team with administrative tasks
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Assist withquotations and invoice documentation
- Candidates with the following will have an advantage:
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience handling customer inquiries or service coordination
- Basic knowledge of accounts or billing documentation
