To participate in the marketing of the Service Department through effective promotions and customer contact to enhance the reputation of the dealership.
To participate in the achievement of Retail, Internal, Trade and Warranty labour sales volume, and productive efficiency to planned targets.
To identify/find additional service work and report to the Service Manager in order to assist the department reach its financial targets.
Test Drives: Perform test drives to verify vehicle performance and diagnose any issues that may not be evident during inspections or diagnostics.
Compliance and Safety: Adhere to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards to ensure a safe working environment and the delivery of high-quality automotive services.
Training and Development: Stay updated with advancements in automotive technology, participate in training programs, and continuously develop your technical skills and knowledge.
Travel to customer site, diagnose, trouble-shoot and repair customer's equipment or company’s forklift in accordance with established guidelines and procedures, maintaining positive customer relations. .
Responsible for performing all job duties with honesty and integrity.
