Job Description
Requirements
Certificate/Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Relevant HVAC maintenance experience.
Knowledge of AHU, FCU, chiller, cooling tower and ventilation systems.
Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
Willing to work shifts and standby when required.
Added advantage: Pharmaceutical, cleanroom, GMP or manufacturing experience.
Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems.
Operate, monitor and maintain AHU, FCU, chillers, cooling towers, pumps and related equipment.
Troubleshoot HVAC breakdowns and identify root causes.
Monitor temperature, humidity, pressure and relevant parameters.
Conduct routine inspection and servicing.
Support cleanroom and controlled-environment HVAC requirements.
Maintain HVAC maintenance records and service reports.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers.
Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and reliably.
